The syntax of this command is:

NET START can be used to start services, including:

   NET START BROWSER
   NET START DHCP CLIENT
   NET START EVENTLOG

   NET START NETLOGON

   NET START REMOTE ACCESS CONNECTION MANAGER
   NET START ROUTING AND REMOTE ACCESS

When typed at the command prompt, service names of two words or more must
be enclosed in quotation marks. For example, NET START "DHCP Client"
starts the DHCP Client service.
